Although it is one of the supporting departments, MKT & IT has a crucial importance for the proper development of ELSA activities. Responsible with the promotion of all of the association’s events, from conferences to summer schools, this department constantly keeps a close relation with the other departments.
The Marketing department develops different types of advertising materials such as – posters, flyers, web sites, video presentation, in a nutshell – all that is necessary for a large visibility of ELSA among law students and within the legal and academic environment in general. In addition to that, the marketers are also editors of different magazines and newsletters.
Another major attribution linked to this department is that of fundraising, as the Vice President MKT & IT, together with the President and other appointed members, raises the necessary funds for the development of the events.
